Made to order Rings and engraved items are non-refundable or for exchange.
Otherwise, we offer a 14-Day "No fuss Guarantee".
If any item is not to your liking, and is in UNWORN condition with all tags, stickers or labels it was sold with still intact, simply return it to us at:
L.Guess Ltd, 110 High Street, Whitton, Middlesex TW2 7LN, and request if you would like a refund, or exchange.
Refunds after 14 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of L.Guess LTD
When returning goods, please include your name/address, and where possible, your order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.
Please send items back via recorded or special delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the Company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
All postage costs shall not be reimbursed. Once we receive and check the goods, we will then refund your card. This may take up to seven working days to complete.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We provide the option of a full refund within 14 days in the unlikely event that the goods turn out to be faulty, damaged or different from those the customer ordered. Returns of orders will be confirmed only where you have returned the item in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging and certificate where applicable. All returns are subject to verification and authentication by the L.Guess Ltd team. Purchased items with any element of personalization, engraving, bespoke items, designs by or for the client, may be considered for return and refund on a case by case basis. For Health and Safety reasons, earrings will not be considered for return. For all returns we ask the Royal Mail special delivery service to be used , but in special circumstances for high value goods over £2500, the delivery agent may be a different agent, nominated by L.Guess Ltd. To arrange a return of such high value goods, we would require you to contact your L.Guess Ltd Customer Services representative (Tel: +44 208 8947944) who will provide you with further instructions. Note: L.Guess Ltd will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your return or late delivery or cancellation of your order, so we advise that you retain all proof of posting documentation.
